The Garden Route is an unforgettable drive – make your way to J-Bay and see some of Bruce’s Beauties (the best waves in the world) or explore the forests at Nature’s Valley. Drop in at a market in Knysna or spend the day lazing on the beach at Plettenberg Bay. The Eastern Cape offers it all including bridge bungee jumps, , mountain biking, hiking, diving and snorkeling. Geography of the Eastern Cape

The terrain and climate of the Eastern Cape is diverse and ranges from the semi-arid Karoo to the temperate rainforests of the Tsitsikamma.

The Eastern Cape is hilly and mountainous with deep gorges and rich, green grasslands.
